Mental health care in Johns Creek, GA, and by telehealth in Georgia, Arizona, Nevada & New Mexico
Mental health care for adults, in person or by telehealth
Vigor Wellness Space provides psychiatric care for adults, led by Stephanie Nnamchi, APRN, MSN. We see patients in person at our Johns Creek, GA clinic. Patients anywhere in Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, or New Mexico can also meet with us by telehealth. Care starts with a thorough evaluation and continues with a personalized plan: medication management, practical support, and, for some patients, ketamine-assisted therapy.
Start here
- Mental Health Evaluation: a comprehensive assessment that clarifies what is going on and what to do next.
- Medication Management: careful prescribing, monitoring, and adjustment of psychiatric medications.

- Adult ADHD
- Bipolar disorder

- Chronic pain (ketamine-assisted therapy)
When standard treatment has not worked
For adults who have not found relief from medication or therapy alone, we offer ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP) in Johns Creek. KAP uses intramuscular ketamine in a calm, supportive setting, with continuous monitoring by our provider and no IV required. It is used for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and chronic pain.
