What to Expect at Your Appointment

STEP 1

Quick health screening

Before your first drip, our team reviews your health history, current medications, and allergies, and checks your vital signs. This is where we confirm the drip is a safe fit for you, or suggest a better option.

STEP 2

IV placement by a registered nurse

A skilled registered nurse places a small IV catheter, usually in your arm or hand. Most people feel a brief pinch and nothing more.

STEP 3

Relax while it drips

You settle into a quiet, comfortable chair while the infusion runs at a controlled rate. Every infusion is monitored, with oversight from Stephanie Nnamchi, APRN, MSN.

STEP 4

Back to your day

Once the bag is finished, the IV comes out and you can return to your normal routine. Mild tenderness or a small bruise at the IV site is the most common after-effect.

Who it may be a good fit for

  • Mental fatigue during busy work or school periods
  • Feeling foggy after travel or poor sleep
  • Supporting focus as part of a broader wellness plan
  • Pairing with NAD+ or other cognitive-support treatments

Talk with us first if you have

  • Diabetes managed with medication (alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar)
  • Thyroid disease or a seizure disorder (acetyl L-carnitine may not be appropriate)
  • Kidney disease
  • Sudden confusion, memory loss, severe headache, or weakness. These need urgent medical evaluation.

Always share your full health history and medications. We will tell you honestly if a drip is not right for you.

When brain fog needs more than a drip

Brain fog has many possible causes, including poor sleep, stress, depression, anxiety, hormonal changes, thyroid problems, low B12 or iron, long COVID, and some medications. A drip can support your routine, but lasting improvement usually means finding the cause. If fog is persistent, our provider can help you think through next steps. Depression and anxiety can also cloud thinking; learn about our mental health evaluations.

Pricing & Payment

We do not bill insurance. IV therapy is an elective wellness service, paid at the time of your visit (Zelle and cash preferred; card payments carry a processing fee). If you plan to come in regularly, ask about our monthly wellness memberships on the pricing page.
