About Niagen IV Therapy at Vigor Wellness Space

Niagen IV Therapy delivers nicotinamide riboside intravenously. Many patients consider it when they want NAD+ support in a shorter session than a traditional NAD+ infusion.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Quick health screening
Before your first drip, our team reviews your health history, current medications, and allergies, and checks your vital signs. This is where we confirm the drip is a safe fit for you, or suggest a better option.
IV placement by a registered nurse
A skilled registered nurse places a small IV catheter, usually in your arm or hand. Most people feel a brief pinch and nothing more.
Relax while it drips
You settle into a quiet, comfortable chair while the infusion runs at a controlled rate. Every infusion is monitored, with oversight from Stephanie Nnamchi, APRN, MSN.
Back to your day
Once the bag is finished, the IV comes out and you can return to your normal routine. Mild tenderness or a small bruise at the IV site is the most common after-effect.
Who it may be a good fit for
- Supporting healthy NAD+ levels and cellular energy
- Healthy-aging and longevity routines
- People who find traditional NAD+ infusions too long or uncomfortable
- Pairing with an existing peptide or wellness program
Talk with us first if you have
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Significant liver or kidney disease
- Active cancer treatment (talk with your oncologist first)
Always share your full health history and medications. We will tell you honestly if a drip is not right for you.
Niagen vs. NAD+ IV
Both options aim to support your body's NAD+ levels. NAD+ IV Therapy delivers NAD+ itself and must run slowly, usually over several hours. Niagen delivers a precursor your cells convert into NAD+, and sessions are generally shorter and gentler. Your provider can help you choose based on your goals, schedule, and how you have tolerated infusions before. For background on the molecule, see What is NAD+?
Pricing & Payment
We do not bill insurance. IV therapy is an elective wellness service, paid at the time of your visit (Zelle and cash preferred; card payments carry a processing fee). If you plan to come in regularly, ask about our monthly wellness memberships on the pricing page.
