What to Expect at Your Appointment
Quick health screening
Before your first drip, our team reviews your health history, current medications, and allergies, and checks your vital signs. This is where we confirm the drip is a safe fit for you, or suggest a better option.
IV placement by a registered nurse
A skilled registered nurse places a small IV catheter, usually in your arm or hand. Most people feel a brief pinch and nothing more.
Relax while it drips
You settle into a quiet, comfortable chair while the infusion runs at a controlled rate. Every infusion is monitored, with oversight from Stephanie Nnamchi, APRN, MSN.
Back to your day
Once the bag is finished, the IV comes out and you can return to your normal routine. Mild tenderness or a small bruise at the IV site is the most common after-effect.
Who it may be a good fit for
- Wanting support for energy, focus, and mental clarity
- Healthy-aging and longevity routines
- Recovery-focused protocols, including support alongside alcohol or opioid addiction recovery (with clinical oversight)
- People already using NAD+ injections who want a higher-dose option
Talk with us first if you have
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active cancer treatment (talk with your oncologist first)

Always share your full health history and medications. We will tell you honestly if a drip is not right for you.
Why NAD+ infusions run slowly
NAD+ is given slowly for a reason. If it runs too fast, it can cause chest tightness, nausea, cramping, or a flushed, anxious feeling. These sensations settle within minutes once the rate is lowered. That is why a 500mg NAD+ infusion usually takes 3 to 4 hours. Higher doses take longer: about 4 to 6 hours for 750mg and 6 to 8 hours for 1000mg. Bring a book, headphones, or work you can do from the chair. Our nurse adjusts the pace so you stay comfortable. Prefer something shorter? Ask about Niagen IV Therapy or NAD+ injections.
Pricing & Payment
We do not bill insurance. IV therapy is an elective wellness service, paid at the time of your visit (Zelle and cash preferred; card payments carry a processing fee). If you plan to come in regularly, ask about our monthly wellness memberships on the pricing page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does NAD+ IV therapy cost in Johns Creek?
Our 500mg NAD+ IV is $799. We also offer 250mg for $599, 750mg for $1,198, and 1000mg for $1,590. Current prices are on our pricing page.
How long does a NAD+ IV take?
A 500mg infusion usually takes 3 to 4 hours, because NAD+ has to be given slowly to stay comfortable. A 250mg infusion takes about 2 hours.
Does NAD+ IV therapy hurt?
The IV placement is a quick pinch. During the infusion, some people feel pressure or tightness in the chest or stomach if the rate is too fast. Slowing the drip resolves this.
NAD+ IV vs. NAD+ injections: which is better?
IV infusions deliver larger doses in one visit. Injections deliver smaller doses and take only minutes. Many patients combine both. Your provider can help you decide based on your goals and schedule.
