How the injection bar works
Vitamin injections are given intramuscularly (into the muscle) or subcutaneously (just under the skin). Each visit takes just a few minutes. With the $125/month membership, you choose two wellness injections every week, so you can mix and match based on your goals, for example NAD+ for energy plus glutathione for antioxidant support.
Injection menu

NAD+ injections vs. NAD+ IV therapy
Both support your body’s NAD+ levels, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy and DNA repair. NAD+ injections deliver a smaller dose in a few minutes, which makes them easy to fit into a weekly routine. NAD+ IV therapy delivers a larger dose (250mg to 1000mg) in one visit, but must run slowly, over 2 to 8 hours. Many patients use weekly injections for maintenance and book an IV when they want a bigger boost. Learn more in What is NAD+?
Who injections are a good fit for
- People who want ongoing wellness support without sitting for an IV
- Busy professionals who can spare 10 minutes, not an hour
- Patients in our medical weight loss or peptide therapy programs who want complementary support
- IV therapy patients looking to maintain results between drips
Safety first
Before your first injection, we review your health history, medications, and allergies. Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease or a bleeding disorder, take blood thinners, or have had reactions to injections before. Mild soreness or redness at the injection site is the most common side effect. Wellness injections are elective and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
